Due to volume of custom made garment orders, we are currently fully booked to take in new orders. We will resume taking custom made to order when all the pending orders are done and shipped.

SHIPPING SERVICE
We ship Fabric by USPS priority and delivery is dictated by the courier due to COVID19 depending on your location within USA.

For international customers, continue reading instructions below. All already made orders ship in 2 -3 days from order date. Depending on customer location.

PFAB REFUND POLICY
Exchange Only. No refunds .
IMPORTANT: All Sales are final for cut and custom fabric Orders. If you are not sure, please ask seller before placing your order. Seller will not issue full refund for any order placed in error. At seller's discretion, we will refund 50% and the rest will go towards all transaction fees.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Please ask Seller for express shipping invoice for all overnight and express shipping. Otherwise we ship orders Priority and may take 3 to 5 days depending on your location within USA.
DHL,UPS and FedEx,available for speedy delivery and guaranteed delivery for Local and International customers.
Ask seller for shipping options before you place your order.
International shipping, may take up to 3-4 weeks with snail mail.

Amendment to International shipping.
Shipping and VAT/ TAX is customer's responsibility. Seller is not responsible for returned shipments because of invalid address provided by customer. Customer pays for all fees associated to returned shipments.
International customers are responsible for customer clearance fees in their home country. If package is sent back to seller, buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs and no refunds will be issued for failing to pay shipping and custom fees in their home country.
